24 x 27 Arch Truss

The 24' × 27' Arch Truss timber frame is designed around open space and structural clarity. The arched truss creates a clear-span interior on both the first and second floors, making the frame well suited for shared living areas, gathering spaces, and flexible layouts without interior bearing walls. The result is a structure that feels open and composed rather than oversized.

The upper level benefits from the open span and exposed truss geometry, making it ideal for common living areas, lofted seating areas, or flexible second-floor spaces. The lower level is well suited to workshop use, multi-vehicle garage space, or other utility-focused functions where uninterrupted floor area is valuable.
